PLEASE NOTE: THE COMMUNITY RODEO, starting at 7pm, presented by the Elizabeth Locker Plant. THIS WILL BRING HUNDREDS MORE VISITORS TO CASEY JONES PARK, WHICH MEANS MORE EXPOSURE FOR YOUR SPONSORSHIP AND TO VENDOR BOOTHS!

Event runs from 1:30 - 9:00 PM
Vendor check-in and setup begins at noon

All vendors must be set up and ready to go by 1:30pm
No early tear down before 9:30 pm
Last call for alcohol 9:00 pm

LIVE MUSIC on stage

$150 vendor member fee for 12'x12' FOOD sales space (Bring your own tent, table, chairs)
$175 vendor non-member fee for 12'x12' FOOD sales space (bring your own tent, table, chairs)
